Electric stacker EP EST122
The EP EST122 electric stacker, thanks to its compact dimensions, is ideal for work in areas where the available space is very limited. A 2.2 kW motor enables lifting loads weighing up to 1200 kg.
Depending on customer requirements, the EST122 model can be equipped with masts offering different lifting heights: 2500, 2700, 3000, 3300, or 3600 mm. The electronic system is managed by a European Curtis controller.
Comfort+ Warranty (EP EST122)
The EP EST122 electric stacker at Blachdeker is covered by the “Comfort+ Warranty” program. This means that in order to maintain the 12-month warranty period, no paid technical inspections are required.
A common practice in the industry is to require such an inspection after 6 months. This usually involves additional costs of approximately PLN 900 net and results in the truck being unavailable for +/- 4 working days. In such cases, failure to carry out the inspection results in loss of the warranty.
Battery – electric stacker
The EP EST122 electric stacker is powered by 2 maintenance-free AGM batteries, providing 4 hours of continuous operation. The built-in charger allows the truck to be charged using a standard 230 V power socket. Once the batteries reach a 100% charge level, the charger switches off automatically. The current battery status and the number of operating hours are displayed on the screen located on the control handle.
Operational safety
The EP EST122 electric stacker is equipped with all the features required to ensure safe operation. A robust drive wheel cover and the belly safety button prevent accidental contact with the operator. Smooth braking and speed control allow safe maneuvering even in very narrow aisles. UDT Registration – EP EST122
The EP EST122 electric stacker, as equipment subject to technical supervision, must be registered with UDT before being put into operation. The registration process includes preparing documentation, submitting an application via the eUDT system and undergoing a technical inspection carried out by an inspector.
As part of our service, we provide full support throughout the registration process:
- preparation of the power of attorney and all required documentation,
- registration of the truck in the eUDT system,
- arranging the inspection and ensuring the presence of a certified technician and the operator during the inspection.
As a result, the EP EST122 is delivered fully registered and ready for legal operation. The UDT procedure may extend the lead time by approximately 1.5 weeks. After the inspection, the authority issues an invoice directly to the end user (usually approx. PLN 350).
The periodic technical inspection of the EP EST122 is required every 2 years.
