Electric stacker EP ESL122
The EP ESL122 model is a fully electric stacker designed for stacking and transporting pallets weighing up to 1200 kg. Its compact dimensions make it ideal for use in areas where working space is very limited. A turning radius of just 1458 mm enables efficient maneuvering in the narrowest warehouse aisles.
The EP ESL122 stacker can be equipped with various Standard masts offering lifting heights from 2500 to 3600 mm. The electronic system is managed by a Curtis controller.
ESL122 – Comfort+ Warranty
The EP ESL122 electric stacker at Blachdeker is covered by the “Comfort+ Warranty” program. This means that in order to maintain the 12-month warranty period, no paid technical inspections are required.
A common practice in the industry is to require such an inspection after 6 months. This usually involves additional costs of approximately PLN 900 net and results in the truck being unavailable for +/- 4 working days. In such cases, failure to carry out the inspection results in loss of the warranty.
Lithium-ion battery – EP ESL122 electric stacker
The EP ESL122 electric stacker is powered by the latest lithium-ion battery with parameters of 24V / 100Ah. The installed unit is completely maintenance-free and allows short, opportunity charging sessions.
The charging time using the built-in 30A charger is only 3 hours. Once the battery reaches a 100% charge level, the truck can operate for 6.5 hours. To optimize performance and battery lifespan, the battery is equipped with a BMS system.
Operational safety – EP ESL122 electric stacker
The EP ESL122 electric stacker is equipped with all the necessary features to ensure safe operation. A robust drive wheel cover and the belly safety button effectively prevent accidental contact with the operator. Thanks to smooth braking and adjustable speed control, maneuvering in narrow aisles is fully controlled and safe. In addition, after pressing the button on the control handle, the turtle mode is activated, allowing operation with the tiller in the upright position.

Technical inspection – EP ESL122
The EP ESL122 electric stacker is subject to mandatory registration with the Office of Technical Inspection before being put into operation. Approval for use requires submission of documentation in the eUDT system and a technical inspection carried out by an inspector.
We offer comprehensive support with UDT formalities:
- preparation of the power of attorney and required technical documentation,
- submission of the equipment to eUDT,
- coordination of the inspection, including the presence of a service technician and an operator.
As a result, the EP ESL122 truck is delivered as a registered unit ready for operation. Handling the UDT procedure may extend the order fulfillment time by approximately 1.5 weeks. About one week after the inspection, UDT issues an invoice directly to the user (approximately PLN 350).
The periodic inspection of the EP ESL122 truck is carried out every 2 years.
