Electric Forklift EP CPD35L1 (Li-ION)

The CPD35L1 model, with a nominal load capacity of 3500 kg, was designed from the ground up to work with a lithium-ion battery. The power unit with a voltage of 80 V and a capacity of 540 Ah provides operating parameters enabling up to 10 hours of continuous operation. Battery management and monitoring are handled by the BMS (Battery Management System). Thanks to a fast charger with a current of 200 A, the charging time is only 2.5 hours.

Electric forklift EP CPD35L1

The CPD35L1 forklift is the flagship model of EP Equipment, designed for demanding operations over long distances. The 16.6 kW and 24 kW drive motors enable the handling of loads up to 3500 kg and travel speeds of up to 16 km/h.

The truck can be equipped with Standard, Duplex, or Triplex masts, offering a maximum lifting height of 6000 mm.

Li-Ion Battery with BMS System

The installed 80V / 540Ah battery, combined with a 200A fast charger, enables the forklift to be used in multi-shift operations. The maximum operating time is 10 hours, while charging to 100% takes just 2.5 hours. In addition, the Li-Ion battery supports short opportunity charging and requires no maintenance. The integrated BMS (Battery Management System) continuously monitors parameters and manages battery condition, preventing, among other things, deep discharge, overcharging, and sudden power drops. Unlike lead-acid batteries, Li-Ion batteries do not emit harmful gases during charging, eliminating the need for a specially ventilated charging area.

The EP Li-Ion battery is covered by a 24-month (2-year) warranty.

Operator Comfort – EP CPD35L1

The relatively compact dimensions of the CPD35L1 model make it suitable for operations where working space is limited. The hill-start assist system significantly enhances operator comfort. As standard, the truck is equipped with a mast featuring smooth transitions between sections and an integrated sideshift.

The IPX4 water resistance rating allows the forklift to be operated outdoors during rainfall. Additionally, the CPD35L1 model can be equipped with a fully enclosed cabin with a heater.
