3-wheel electric forklift L2

The L2 forklift can pick up loads up to 2000 kg. Depending on the customer’s needs, the L2 can be equipped with various masts with different lifting height.  Li-Ion technology allowed for more compact design and wider operating space. For better forks visibility, manufacturer made special cutouts in cabin. All hydraulic functions can be steered from the two joysticks, embedded in a comfortable armrest. The L2 comes with a full color display to show not only the driving settings, but also maintenance information as well as driving performance information. Moreover, all masts of L2 are equipped with smooth transmission system.

Lithium-ion technology

Manufacturer (EP Equipment) has equipped the L2 with newly developed 48V / 360 Ah lithium-ion battery. Lithium-ion technology brings following advantages:
• Just 2,5 hours of charging time
• Up to 8 hours of operation
• Opportunity charging are not harmful
• In opposition to commonly used lead-acid batteries, Li-Ion battery is completely maintenance-free (there is no need of checking and refilling water)
• While charging, forklift dose not need any special ventilated station

Battery Management System in L2 forklift

All Li-Ion batteries from EP Equipment are equipped with Battery Management System (BMS)., which includes following features:
• Eliminates the possibility of overcharging or completely discharging the battery
• Protects the battery from uncontrolled voltage changes
• Protects the battery against the risk of overheating or low temperatures
• Significantly extends battery life

Reliability of L2 forklift

The L2 model stands out with small dimensions and newly developed lithium-ion battery. Truck is equipped with 2x6,1 AC motor from Schabmüller and ZF GP21 transmission.
