1. Goods sold via the Internet store are covered by the seller's warranty. The content and terms of the guarantee are specified in the guarantee document issued by the seller.

2. The General Terms and Conditions of Blachdeker Delivery and Warranty (GTC) apply.


Returns up to 14 days from purchases

1. A customer who is also a consumer (natural person), who concluded a distance contract, may withdraw from it without giving any reason by submitting an appropriate statement in writing within fourteen days from the date of delivery of the subject of the contract. To meet this deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry. The statement can be sent by e-mail to the following address: or by post to the following address:

Warning! Pursuant to the Act, the right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts: in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs.

2. Along with the declaration referred to in point 1, the Customer is also asked to send a proof of purchase and information about the account number to which the return should be made. Note: a proof of purchase, a fiscal receipt or a VAT invoice is absolutely required for returns or complaints. We will not accept a refund without the above-mentioned proof of purchase.
3. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered void and the consumer is released from any obligations. What the parties have testified is returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the ordinary management. The return should be made immediately, not later than within 7 (seven days).
4. The reimbursement is made within 14 (fourteen) days from the acceptance of the returned goods by the Blachdeker.
5. Entities that are not consumers (a consumer is a natural person who performs a legal transaction not directly related to his business or professional activity) is not entitled to a refund.



1. Goods purchased in the store are subject to exchange.
2. The exchange may take place when the replaced goods show no signs of use. A receipt / invoice must be attached to the shipment.
3. In the case of exchanging the goods, the Customer covers the costs of shipping the goods both ways.
