Extra long electric pallet truck EP EPL154 – 1800 mm forks

The EP EPL154 electric pallet jack is designed for transporting pallets with a total weight of up to 1500 kg. The use of long forks allows for handling non-standard and oversized loads. A distinguishing feature of the EPL154 model is its compact construction, with the fork face length measuring only 400 mm. Along with the long 1800 mm forks, the total device length is 2200 mm. Additional support wheels ensure exceptional stability for the transported load, contributing to safe and efficient operation. The propulsion unit consists of a motor with a 0.75 kW power integrated with a large wheel, enabling effective operation over uneven surfaces. The EPL154 electric pallet jack is also equipped with a "turtle mode" for precise maneuvering while the handle is in an upright position.

Lithium-ion battery with BMS system

The EP Equipment EPL154 model has been designed from the ground up to leverage the benefits of lithium-ion battery technology. The 30 Ah capacity battery allows for 5 hours of operation with the pallet truck. Charging the battery is done using a standard 230 V socket and takes only 2.5 hours. Furthermore, the power unit used does not require any maintenance. The Battery Management System (BMS) continually monitors the battery's performance and prevents any issues that could shorten its lifespan or cause damage, such as excessive discharge, overheating, or uncontrolled voltage fluctuations.
