Electric pallet truck with a scale – EP F4

The F4 model is currently the most popular electric pallet truck from the world's largest warehouse equipment manufacturer, EP Equipment. In this presented version, it is equipped with two key elements for the user: a built-in scale with a printer and additional support wheels.

The nominal load capacity of the pallet truck is 1500 kg. The truck has very compact dimensions, and all its functions are electric. These features make the EP F4 model an excellent alternative to manual pallet trucks with a scale.

Scale in the EP F4 electric pallet truck

The built-in scale in the EP F4 electric pallet truck allows measurements with the following accuracy:

- 1-500 kg - ± 1 kg,
- 501-1000 kg - ± 5 kg,
- 1001-1500 kg - ± 10 kg.

The integrated printer allows for printing the measurement.

Lithium-ion battery – EP F4 electric pallet truck

In the standard equipment of the EP F4 model, there is a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 20 Ah and an external charger. This battery is entirely maintenance-free and allows charging through a socket with a voltage of 230 V. One battery enables continuous operation of the device for 4 hours. The BMS system software monitors and manages the battery's condition, ensuring long-term use of the pallet truck without the need to replace the battery. In the standard version, the truck operator has access to a spacious compartment, perfect for storing necessary documents or equipment.

Version with two batteries

The EP F4 electric pallet truck has been adapted for efficient operation by using two separate lithium-ion batteries with a total capacity of 40 Ah (2x 20 Ah). Thanks to this innovative approach, uninterrupted, 8-hour use of the device is possible. In this specification, the traditional storage compartment is replaced by an additional lithium-ion battery, and both power units are charged using an external charger. This configuration, with the additional battery, allows for maximizing the pallet truck's working time, eliminating the need for downtime in multi-shift operation.
