The electric pallet stacker RD ES15, with its exceptional parameters, is an excellent tool for tasks related to pallet storage in small and medium-sized warehouses. Its powerful lifting motor and a nominal load capacity of 1500 kg make it capable of handling a significant majority of loads stored on pallet shelves. To tailor the operational parameters to the customer's needs, the RD ES15 model offers a wide range of masts with lifting heights of 1600, 2000, 2500, 3000, 3300, 3500, or 3600 mm.

Power and charging – electric pallet stacker

The manufacturer has equipped the ES15 stacker with two AGM batteries, with a total capacity of 80 Ah. These batteries are maintenance-free, meaning they do not require any maintenance from the owner. After being fully charged to 100%, the stacker can operate continuously for up to 4 hours. The charger is built into the structure, and the charging is done using a standard 230 V socket.

Features and safety

The electric pallet stacker RD ES15 is equipped with a modern, ergonomic control handle. To prevent unauthorized operation, the stacker can be additionally secured with a PIN code. Upon pressing a special button, the "crawling speed mode" is activated, allowing the operator to work with the stacker in an upright handle position. An electromagnetic brake, along with a steel cover for the drive wheel, protects against accidental collision with the operator's feet.
