Electric Pallet Stacker – EP ESA121

The EP ESA121 electric pallet stacker boasts a nominal load capacity of 1200 kg. The compact dimensions of the truck (length: 1760 mm, width: 826 mm) and the ability to operate with the tiller in an upright position make it suitable for work in narrow warehouse aisles.

New Mast Design – EP ESA121

EP Equipment has equipped the ESA121 model with a new, innovative mast that greatly enhances operator comfort and efficiency. The central lifting cylinder has been replaced by two cylinders located on the outer sides of the mast, providing the operator with excellent visibility of the forks and the transported load. This design also contributes to even better stability when the forks are raised. Compared to previous solutions, the new mast design allows for a 20% faster lifting and an impressive 55% faster lowering of the load. Depending on the requirements of the working conditions, the EP ESA121 model can be equipped with masts of varying lifting heights, ranging from 2500 to 4100 mm.

Maintenance-Free Battery – EP ESA121

The EP ESA121 model is powered by a AGM battery, eliminating the need for any maintenance. The 24V/105Ah battery parameters allow the operator continuous, 5-hour operation of the stacker. Thanks to the built-in charger, charging is done using a 230V socket.

Modern Design

In addition to all the aspects aimed at improving efficiency and safety when using the ESA121, EP Equipment has not overlooked "user-friendly" elements. Besides its new aesthetic appearance, the truck is equipped with a USB port and compartments for documents and everyday items used in work.
