The CPD25-GB2LI-M model is designed for the transport and lifting of loads weighing up to 2500 kg. This forklift can be equipped with Standard, Duplex, or Triplex masts, reaching a maximum lifting height of 7500 mm. Efficiency and precision of operation are ensured by two motors: a 16.6 kW driving motor (allowing a speed of up to 19 km/h) and a 25.5 kW lifting motor.

Lithium-ion Battery in the Electric Forklift

The key component of the Heli CPD25-GB2LI-M forklift is the lithium-ion battery with a voltage of 80 V and a standard capacity of 302 Ah (24.16 kWh). This advanced power unit allows for a 8 hours of operation. The fast charger with a power of 200 A enables the battery to be charged in just 1.5 hours. This means that the forklift is adapted to demanding multi-shift work.

In contrast to lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion batteries:

- Have a short charging time,

- Do not require charging in a specially ventilated room,

- Are maintenance-free (do not require, among other things, distilled water refilling),

- Do not require maintenance,

- Allow for short and occasional recharging without negatively impacting the battery's lifespan.
