The Heli CPD18-A3LiH4-M, with a nominal lifting capacity of 1800 kg, is an electric forklift dedicated to precise and demanding intralogistics tasks. Depending on the customer's needs, the forklift can be equipped with a Standard, Duplex, or Triplex mast with free lift. The highest configuration of masts allows for lifting loads up to 7000 mm. The compact dimensions of the CPD18-A3LiH4-M model enable comfortable and efficient maneuvering in workplaces with limited space.

Li-ion battery in the Heli CPD18-A3LiH4-M forklift

The power unit of the Heli CPD18-A3LiH4-M forklift is a lithium-ion battery that requires no maintenance. As standard, the forklift is equipped with a 150 Ah capacity battery, characterized by a voltage level of 80 V. Such high battery voltage, typically used in forklifts with higher lifting capacities, allows for significantly more efficient operation of the forklift (up to 5,5 hours of operation). The integrated charger enables the battery to be charged using a standard 230V socket. This means that the forklift can be used in locations without a three-phase power supply. The charging time to reach 100% with a standard 25A (80V) charger is 5.5 hours. Depending on the requirements, the CPD18-A3LiH4-M model can also be equipped with an external charger (requiring a three-phase installation) that allows the battery to be charged in just 2 hours.

Comfort and safety at work

The Heli CPD18-A3LiH4-M model is equipped with a range of modern solutions aimed at improving comfort, efficiency, and safety at work. The operator has access to three different operating modes (Powerful, Economy, Energy Saving) that allow adjusting the device's characteristics to specific applications. The new cabin design, along with a mast with a wide field of vision, ensures excellent visibility of the transported load and the surrounding environment. The specially designed damping valve on the mast prevents the forks from hitting the ground. Safe operation is further supported by the factory-installed OPS (Operator Presence Sensing) system, which prevents the operation of the forklift when the operator leaves their position. The Heli CPD18-A3LiH4-M model is also equipped with an integrated side shift. The forklift's IPX4 sealing class enables its operation outdoors.
