The Heli CPD16SQ-GE2LI is an electric forklift with a nominal lifting capacity of 1600 kg, designed for tasks that demand high operational standards. Its modern design and minimal working aisle requirements allow for smooth operation in tight spaces. With excellent maneuverability and a top speed of 17 km/h, it significantly increases the efficiency of daily tasks. The forklift can be equipped with Standard, Duplex, or Triplex masts, providing a maximum lifting height of 6500 mm.

Lithium-Ion Battery

The CPD16SQ-GE2LI model comes with a maintenance-free lithium-ion battery with a voltage of 80 V and a capacity of 202 Ah. This power unit allows the forklift to work continuously for 6 hours. Using a 200 A charger, the battery can be fully charged in just 1 hour. Unlike lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion batteries require no maintenance and do not need to be charged in a specially ventilated battery room.

Comfort and Ergonomics

The Heli CPD16SQ-GE2LI 3-wheel forklift is equipped with various elements that enhance safety, comfort, and ergonomic features during operation. The forklift operator can choose from three different working modes: Powerful, Economy, and Energy Saving. Each mode provides different operational parameters, allowing the adaptation of the forklift's characteristics to specific applications. Two AC motors with a combined power of 11 kW are responsible for propulsion. Additionally, an extra damping valve on the mast prevents the forks from accidentally hitting the ground. While turning, the driving speed is automatically reduced to a safe level. The OPS system monitors the presence of the operator and prevents operation in unsafe positions.
