Electric Stacker – EP ESA121-D

EP ESA121-D is an electric stacker with a capacity of 1200 kg, designed for operation in challenging warehouse conditions, such as narrow aisles. Its compact dimensions and the ability to work with the tiller in a vertical position make this model highly versatile and easy to maneuver.

FEM2 Fork Carriage – Key Innovation

The ESA121-D model features the FEM2 fork carriage, which allows for quick mounting of forks of any length and easy adjustment of their spacing. Thanks to this functionality, the stacker is ideal for handling unusual loads and allows for pallet handling from both sides.

Additionally, stability is ensured by adjustable support arms with a spacing range of 991 mm to 1219 mm. This design provides greater safety when working with non-standard loads.

New Mast Design

Like the ESA121 model, the ESA121-D version is equipped with an innovative mast with two side-mounted cylinders, providing better visibility of the forks and the transported load. The mast offers faster lifting (20% faster) and even smoother lowering (55% faster) compared to standard solutions. The lifting height can be adjusted to meet needs by choosing a mast with parameters ranging from 2480 mm to 4080 mm.

Maintenance-Free Battery and Modern Design

The stacker is powered by a maintenance-free AGM battery with a capacity of 24V / 105Ah, providing up to 5 hours of continuous operation. The built-in charger allows the device to be charged using a standard 230V socket.

The manufacturer has also ensured a modern design and functionality: the ESA121-D model is equipped with a USB port and storage compartments for documents, enhancing user comfort.
