Electric Forklift EP CPD35L1

The CPD35L1 forklift is the flagship model of the EP Equipment manufacturer, designed for demanding work over long distances. The applied motors with power of 16.6 kW and 24 kW allow for handling loads weighing up to 3500 kg and traveling at a speed of 16 km/h. The forklift can be equipped with Standard, Duplex, or Triplex masts with a maximum lifting height of 6000 mm.

Lithium-Ion Battery with BMS

The applied battery with parameters of 80V / 540Ah, along with a fast charger with a power of 200A, enables the use of the forklift in multi-shift operations. The maximum operating time is 10 hours, while the charging time to reach 100% is only 2.5 hours. Additionally, the lithium-ion battery can undergo short recharges and requires no maintenance. The installed Battery Management System (BMS) continuously monitors parameters and manages the battery status, preventing issues such as complete discharge, overcharging, and sudden energy drops. Unlike lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion batteries do not emit harmful gases during the charging process, which means there is no need for a specially ventilated charging area. 
The EP lithium-ion battery comes with a 72-month (6-year) warranty. 

Working Comfort - EP CPD35L1

The compact dimensions of the CPD35L1 model make it suitable for use in environments with limited workspace. The hill-start assist system significantly contribute to the operator's working comfort. The forklift is equipped with a mast with smooth transitions between sections and an integrated sideshift as standard.

The IPX4 waterproof rating allows forklift operation outside of covered areas during rainfall. Additionally, the CPD35L1 model can be equipped with a fully enclosed cabin and a heater.
