Electric Forklift Heli CPD25-A3LiH4-M (Li-ION)

The Heli CPD25-A3LiH4-M model, with a nominal load capacity of 2500 kg, is designed for precise and demanding intralogistics tasks. Depending on customer requirements, the forklift can be equipped with a Standard, Duplex, or Triplex mast with free lift. The highest configuration masts allow lifting loads to a height of 7000 mm. The compact dimensions of the CPD25-A3LiH4-M model enable comfortable and efficient maneuvering in confined spaces.

Lithium-Ion Battery in the Heli CPD25-A3LiH4-M Forklift

The CPD25-A3LiH4-M model is powered by a maintenance-free lithium-ion battery. It is standardly equipped with a battery with specifications of 80V / 202Ah. The integrated charger allows for charging the battery from a 230 V outlet, making the forklift ideal for use in locations without a three-phase installation. The full charging time with a 35A (80V) charger is 5.5 hours. Optionally, the model can be equipped with an external charger, reducing the charging time to 2 hours. A fully charged battery provides 6 hours of operation.
The Heli lithium-ion battery comes with a 48-month (4-year) warranty.

Comfort and Safety at Work

The Heli CPD25-A3LiH4-M is equipped with modern solutions that enhance comfort, efficiency, and safety at work. The operator has three working modes (Powerful, Economy, Energy Saving) at their disposal, which can be adjusted to specific tasks. The new cabin design along with the wide-view mast ensures excellent visibility of the transported load and the forklift's surroundings. A special throttle valve on the mast prevents the forks from hitting the ground. The OPS (Operator Presence Sensing) system prevents the forklift from being operated when the operator is not in their seat. This model also features an integrated side shifter and has an IPX4 waterproof rating, allowing for outdoor use.
