In the industry, it is common to impose a mandatory service requirement six months after purchase, generating costs ranging from PLN 750 to PLN 1,050 (net) and putting the equipment out of operation for approximately 4 days. In such cases, failure to perform the inspection results in the immediate loss of warranty coverage; however, under the “Comfort+” program, this issue does not occur.
